Help The Woman Campaign is operated by Itybulous Company Limited, a registered company in Nigeria. We are a non-profit initiative dedicated to cervical cancer awareness, HPV prevention, and women’s health empowerment across Nigeria.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

3. Donations

All donations made through our website are processed securely by Flutterwave. By making a donation, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • The donation is voluntary and non-refundable (except in cases of verified processing errors)
  • You understand that donations fund HTWC programs and operations

4. Shop and Merchandise

When purchasing from the HTWC shop:

  • All prices are listed in NGN and USD. Final pricing confirmed at order stage.
  • Delivery within Nigeria: 5–7 business days. International: 10–21 business days.
  • Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Personalised or bulk orders cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Volunteer Engagement

Volunteers engage with HTWC on a voluntary basis. By volunteering, you agree to:

  • Represent HTWC honestly and professionally in all community interactions
  • Complete required training before conducting independent outreach
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of community members
  • Not make medical diagnoses or provide medical advice beyond your training
  • Comply with HTWC’s volunteer code of conduct (provided at orientation)

HTWC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a volunteer’s engagement for conduct that is harmful, dishonest, or contrary to our mission and values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and campaign materials — is owned by or licensed to Help The Woman Campaign. You may share our content for non-commercial awareness purposes with attribution. For commercial use or reproduction, written permission is required.
