Our Impact

Our Impact

Since our founding in 2021, Help The Woman Campaign has grown from a local awareness initiative into a recognized movement for women’s health in Nigeria. Here is what we have achieved together.

By The Numbers

  • 357+ Volunteers trained and deployed as community health ambassadors
  • 40,000+ Women Reached through online and offline outreach programs
  • $57,000 in Donations Raised funding life-saving programs and screenings
  • 97% Awareness Impact — women who reported behaviour change after our outreach
  • 30,000+ People Reached through digital campaigns and social media education

Community Reach

Our programs have touched communities across Akwa Ibom State, including Uyo, Ikot Ekpene, Oron, Eket, and surrounding local government areas. We have conducted awareness walks, market activations, and community health forums reaching women of all ages and backgrounds.

Awareness Walk — Uyo 2025

Our flagship Cervical Cancer Awareness Walk held in Uyo on August 1, 2025 brought together over 200 volunteers and community members for a powerful public demonstration of commitment to women’s health. The event attracted media coverage and generated significant social media engagement, amplifying our message beyond those present.

Breaking The Stigma

One of our most significant achievements is not measurable in numbers — it is the shift in attitudes we have helped create. In communities where cervical cancer was once spoken about in whispers, women are now openly discussing screening, HPV vaccination, and preventive care. That cultural shift saves lives.
