Our story
Help The Woman Campaign began with a loss. Our founder, Itoro Usoro, saw what cervical cancer does to a family when it is found too late, and realised that the tragedy had been preventable. The disease was not the only problem. Silence, late detection and lack of access were.
In 2021 that experience became Help The Woman Campaign: a commitment that no woman in our community should die from a disease that can be prevented, detected early and treated.

Founded in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, as the outreach arm of Itybulous Company Limited.
Market activations, radio programmes and local leaders carry health information in Ibibio, Oron and Ekid.
Over 200 participants march through Uyo on 1 August 2025.
